We collect personal information from you, including information about you and/or your child’s name, contact information, medical conditions, emergency information and interactions with us. We collect your personal information in order to safely run our programmes and keep people up to date on Foundation activities. Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter health, safety and emergency contact information, unfortunately you will be unable to participate in our programmes.

We will not use your image unless you give the Forward Foundation permission to use your image in their newsletters and other social media platforms.

We keep your information safe, only allowing certain staff who require the information for health safety reasons to access it.
